Anjee Solanki and I first met at Madison Marquette, where we quickly connectedโnot just as colleagues but as partners in tackling challenges, from complex projects to training for a mini-triathlon. We worked side by side for five years, pushing each other to think bigger and aim higher. Even after our daily collaborations ended, our friendship never did. We still support, challenge, and dream up wild ideas together.
Anjeeโs relentless curiosity, drive, and commitment to lifting others make her a natural fit for my ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ช๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป series. Check out our conversation belowโher insights are just as inspiring as she is.

Curiosity is the driving force behind continuous learning and growth. Each new layer of knowledge and experience deepens the foundation, fueling my desire to learn, share, and give back. We should level the playing field when we engage, collaborate, and challenge the norm, creating opportunities that uplift and empower everyone. Be your voice, not an echo.

Travel has been my greatest teacher, shaping my understanding of cultures, people, and the world. As a child, I was fortunate to explore different countries thanks to my fatherโs position in the airline industry. I firmly believe that those early experiences instilled in me a deep sense of curiosity, empathy, and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
Over the years, my travels have taken me to all seven continents, with each journey adding new layers to my worldview. My passion for exploration and travel is something that will never go away. Will Mars be next?

Pema Chรถdrรถn is an American Tibetan Buddhist. Born and raised in the eastern US, she has shared her stories and othersโ perspectives about life. My favorite book is ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต๐ข๐ฃ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ช๐ต๐ฉ ๐๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ๐ณ๐ต๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ต๐บ, and my favorite quote is: โWe can make ourselves miserable, or we can make ourselves strong. The amount of effort is the same!โ
