Some partnerships are simply meant to be.
Some partnerships are simply meant to be. Lisa Radden joined The Marketing Method Group in 2013 to support me during maternity leave—and more than a decade later, she’s become not only the right arm of my business but also one of the most trusted people in my life.
With a rare blend of surgical precision and creative brilliance, Lisa is the perfect counterbalance to my energy. Together, we make a pretty unstoppable team.
Meet Lisa—a woman whose superpower is all about connection.

My superpower is creating meaningful relationships. It’s at the heart of everything I do. Whether fostering connections with tenants, engaging with the community, collaborating with vendors, or building strong brand partnerships–genuine relationships drive success. Marketing isn’t just about selling a product or experience; it’s about connecting people to what matters to them most.

A daily walk outdoors is my secret weapon–it’s more than exercise. It’s a reset for my mind. Whether tackling a challenge, brainstorming new ideas, or needing a moment to breathe, stepping outside helps me find clarity and creativity. And, incredibly, something so simple can be the key to problem-solving and my well-being. My dog enjoys it, too!

Relationships and mentorship are amplifiers of our potential. Early in my career, I was fortunate to have Jeffrey Pollack at NASCAR as a mentor. He recognized my talents and capabilities, encouraging me to reach higher and fully embrace my path into marketing. His direction gave me the confidence to grow, take on new challenges, and ultimately shape my career. I strive to pay that forward by building meaningful relationships, supporting and helping others recognize their strengths. Sometimes, all it takes is for someone to believe in you and help you to see who you are meant to be.
