The Group
Since 2005, The Marketing Method Group has been evolving marketing communications and strategies for the commercial real estate, development, and retail industries. Each member of our group unites deep professional relationships and boundless curiosity with decades of experience. Our Founder
Tara Hardesty is a marketing executive with 28 years of experience creating, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing programs, with a fine point on the commercial real estate industry. Her work is distinguished by dedicated relationship building, studied foresight, and astute analysis. Prior to founding TMMG, Tara was Regional Vice President of Marketing for Madison Marquette, where she supervised the development and management of all West Coast marketing programs and was responsible for the branding and re-branding of multiple developments, including the $400 million Bay Street urban renewal project in Emeryville; Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach; Two Rodeo in Beverly Hills; Town Center Corte Madera in Corte Madera; Bayfair Mall in San Leandro; Del Monte Center in Monterey; and Broadway Market in Seattle.

We work with both dedicated staff and trusted partners. In addition to Tara who is hands-on with every project – you’ll be certain to meet Lisa Radden our lead Marketing Manager. Lisa offers over a decade of creating and implementing marketing programs across diverse sectors. In addition, we partner with experts in market research, public relations, media placement and branding and design services.
