It’s the People

January 1 marked the 21st year of TMMG.

When I launched, I saw a need for marketing expertise in the CRE space without the fixed overhead. A strategic executive team that could be hired when needed. I knew I wanted to stay small, hiring specialists based on the client’s needs, always delivering a custom approach with a great group of people.

Marketing is what I’m good at. But my real driver is, and has always been, building relationships with people that are sustainable and lasting.

Two decades (and a few days) in, I can genuinely say that is at the heart of everything I do and what has led me to run a successful small business through plenty of headwinds, both literal and economic.

The people are still the heart of my why. And my stellar team of collaborators, and clients, even more so.

Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, I believe relationships, not just technology will define how we build, lead, and grow.
