What is your superpower, and how has it shaped your life and career? 

Never turning down an opportunity. Finding the best in complex situations has helped me in my ability to adapt as the business (or life) evolves.

What’s something about you that most people wouldn’t guess, but plays a significant role in who you are?

I am very competitive. From work to my kids’ sports 😉. I expect my team to bring their best to produce elevated brand creative and impactful campaigns.

How do you use your talents to uplift and empower others, especially women?

I don’t ask anyone to do something I’m unwilling to do myself. As you grow and move to the next level, your responsibilities change. The willingness to roll up your sleeves because you’ve been there makes all the difference. It’s also not about only advocating for yourself, but advocating for others – you didn’t get to where you are on your own.  

If you could pass down one piece of wisdom to the next generation of women, what would it be?

Be proactive in gaining experience. Be ambitious to get experience and learn as much as possible about everything, even the small things. Advocate for yourself as you grow and learn, and also be patient when things don’t work out the first time. Keep pushing forward, because the experience you’re building today will help you the next time.
